We have a number of ponds on our farms which the ducks and geese frequent.  Three of these ponds were designed and built by Ducks Unlimited.  We often get large numbers of geese on our corn and soybean fields.  This hunt is a nice combination with archery deer.  Hunt the ducks and geese in the morning, and bow hunt in the afternoon.  Doesn’t get better than that does it?

     Duck and goose hunting requires a Michigan small game license and waterfowl stamp. This can even be added to
an archery deer hunt during month of October if you wish.
